Artist Proposal ( https://www.cardboardconnection.com/15-amazing-leroy-neiman-sports-paintings ) The project I am working on has to do with sports. In this artists’ work, he shows the freedom and teamwork all sports require. To myself and many other, sports is such a huge part of our lives. These paintings show teamwork, power, color, hard work and much more. I plan to show my audience how sports deals with hardwork and dedication, getting fans to strive and be able to believe in what they want to believe. These show color and life regarding to the constant heart stopping moments when it comes to sports. The main theme of this is that sports bring excitement and energy to their audience. Locations are places where all can watch that gives off a vibe in which an audience feels pulled into or involved the sport. The goal of my work is to show how sports gives a mixture of feelings like excitement, anger, being nervous, and being shocked in ways nobody can imagine.

During this process, I created this project photocopying 6 images. These images was one picture of my left hand, one picture of my right hand, and four picture of my face. I took four main views of my face which was left side, right side, top and bottom. For the image seen, I wanted to use the hands a a way of holding of each side of my face. This is representing the the balance of my body is equal and I will do as much on my right as I will with my left. For the top and bottom face images. I went for a look of a long face, as well as a dramatic yet mischievous sight. As you can see, my mouth is open for the bottom face image to create a flair into my project. I wanted to be different and have something unique about my project.

During this process I was able to relate this project to our flip book project. I stuck with the football idea because of what football has taught me in the past from playing it in high school. I was able to print out this thirty by thirty grid and create the image representing my topic. The largest and broadest picture was a football which gave out the main point of my project. In the background, I used field goal posts and referees who represent the game as well. In this grid, I wanted to use as much color as possible and leave the least amount of white spaces as possible. What is different about my project than a normal image of a football is that I used abnormal colors for some of the images. For example, Usually a football is a brownish color with white. I used orange with yellow. For the referees, I used pink and orange instead of black and white. The purpose of doing this project is for express my love for football using vivid colors to make it pop.

     This drawing represents a human body made from all different images. For myself, I drew the head as a computer. I thought this represented how in a human brain, there are always new sparks of light and files filling up and emptying out.

Anthony Tobia Professor Dorsey Electronics Essay 5 October 2018 Tesla During the twenty first century, technology has only gotten more and more advanced. Cell phones, computers, and even watches have been on the rise of technology. However, scientists are starting to combine all of these technologies into cars. One in particular would be the Tesla. This electric car is on a mission to vanish the amount of gas society uses and eventually have all cars become electric. How does this relate to technology? These cars are able to connect to your phone and access any apps you might have. The most impressive feature would be that this car is able to drive itself. Teslas have google maps plugged into their battery/motor that allows it to know every road on the app. This allows the car to know each and every turn, traffic light, stop sign, and speed limit. This up and coming car deals with many types of previous technologies just from the features of being able to access your cell

This location represents how life will keep on flowing. This fountain displays how water continuously flows no matter what happens. This relates to life. No matter what happened, in life you must keep going and never let anything or anyone break your flow.

Anthony Tobia Art and Technology Opera/Video Game Paper 13 September 2018 After watching Howard Goodall’s Big Bangs ⅓, ⅔, and 3/3 I can say that all of these videos have the same point trying to be proven, that is music is an art. Italy being the birthplace of the Opera is what make these videos so unique. In the article Mise-en-scene, it talks about how it was looked at as a framework for Opera. Framework types would be lighting, set design, costume, and location. These videos and people in them, are being interviewed not only the birthplace, but Italy the most popular Opera countries to visit. These recordings acted as a guideline on how people should live their lives. Opera was a way to speak other than normal language confrontation. These videos talk about arenas where these Operas would perform, as well as performers themselves. This is a Romeo and Juliet story. The butterfly is unsure about how to handle her feelings with the Pinkerton. Since they are in this predicament of the ship leaving and them splitting up, times change as the Pinkerton tears away the child from the Butterfly. So emotional, the butterfly does the worse thing possible and kills herself.

After staring at my classmate for two minutes, my feelings on this assignment has changed. Before attempting this assignment, I thought it was so weird/awkward to stare into the eyes of another guy for a total of 120 seconds. After completing this assignment I have come to the conclusion that it is still very weird and awkward. However, I was able to talk to him and get to know a little something about him which is more than I had already known.

In my Art and Technology class I fell that it will be a lot of online courses. After only having been to one class, I have come to the realization that this class will be as creative as it could be. Using blogs will be an interesting yet different way of expressing our knowledge. I am very curious to see how it turns out! My name is Anthony Tobia and I am from Lacey, New Jersey! I lived 10 minutes south of Seaside Heights and have always gone to the beach. In high school, I was a huge baseball and football player as well as being very interested in all other sports. I am undecided at the moment but am leaning towards majoring in Allied Health.
